This heart box made is from solid Bird's Eye Maple. The heart shape was designed and manufactured in Clovis, California. The design was carved out of solid Maple using a CNC machine to cut the lid and bottom to fit perfectly. As with all SquirrelWorks products - no stains were used. Once edges were sanded smooth, the box was sprayed with a clear coat to preserve the color and beauty of the wood.
The box is approximately 1.5 inches thick and slightly less than 5" at its' longest dimension.
Due to the randomness of the wood and grain, not one box is exactly the same.
