The box is made of African Wenge and Zebra wood, with removable Walnut trays. The box uses precisely cut mitres for assembly, with Wenge splines for additional strength and added beauty. The hinges are the highest quality Brusso hinge, nestled into expertly cut mortises. The trays are precision cut from solid 2" thick Walnut using a CNC machine.
