The box is made of African Wenge and Zebra wood, with removable Zebra and Walnut trays. The box uses precisely cut mitres for assembly, with Wenge splines for additional strength and added beauty. The hinges are the highest quality Brusso hinge, nestled into expertly cut mortises. The trays use 1/8" bamboo dowels for assembly, and are cut to tolerance to perfectly drop into the box.
